New with questions

Hello. I'm new to myfitnesspal and glad to have found it!
Have questions about entering strenght exercise.... i'm not using additional weight, just my hugeness. how does everyone enter their personal strength exercises (ones that aren't entered already)?? How do you know or find out the calories burned?

    i'm new too.
    i got on here a couple of weeks ago and then "dropped off" last week due to a death in the family :(
    am hoping to get back on track and continue my journey to a new and healthier (ie skinnier) me!!

    I don't track calories burned for strength training ... MFP doesn't have listings because it is so subjective depending on amount of weight and actual effort used. You can use a Heart Rate Monitor if you really want to know. Good Luck!!!
