New to PCOS Need help?
Hi I'm Brittany and I was recently diagnosed with Pcos. My dr wants me to loose weight to help control that and my high insulin level. I am currently breastfeeding my toddler. She wants to wait until I'm not for metformin. What calorie/carb goals would be good for me (keep in mind the breastfeeding)

Breastfeeding mom needing help?
What is the best way to calculate how many calories I need while breastfeeding a 15 month old? Do I just figure out my base and add 300 calories? How do you guys do it on here? Thanks!

Fitbit one and exercise
I just started working out but my question is I log my exercise on mfp but fit bit includes my steps. I only log stuff like aerobics or running etc. so is it a huge difference it adds steps too? I don't see how running however many steps is the same as walking so I figured that's why I'd log it as running?
