Does MFP over estimate calorie loss from exercise?
So Im getting back into MFP after a while over, 189 lbs currently but hoping to get to around 170. Anyway I ran a 5k in 32 mins yesterday and my treadmill had the loss at around 550 calories, MFP had it as over 800, which would be more accurate?

NSV - Medium sized clothing!
So I went shopping today and got some new clothes and found I was able to fit in medium size shirts/jackets/jumpers! Whats more it was in shops like Jack Jones that are usually small sizing. Im now 20 and havent been a medium male sizing since I was about 14, which was nice!

Im a 'normal sized' male but I've still got a belly!
So Im a 6"1 male and currently weight 185-190 while Im hoping to lose another 10lbs or so. I also wear a 32-34" waist and am a healthy weight for my size according to BMI calculators but I've still got a belly! Will this disappear once I get below 180 or is there a specific way to target this area for weight loss?

I just did my first ever 5km (3.1 mile) run!
Yeah it was in the gym on the treadmill and it did take 32 minutes but man it felt good :) Even though I've another bit of weight to lose it's safe to say at the young age of 20 I'm in the best shape of my life, albeit not a hard record to beat!
