Most accurate time to weight yourself?

So I know your daily weight fluctuates greatly so as a result I only weight myself weekly. One thing I noticed however is that if I weight myself at night and the following morning there is often a 5 lb difference between the two. I usually drink 4-5 litres of water a day so water weight is probably a big factor. Is it best to take the two and just average it out or take one of them as closer to the 'true' value?

I would take the weight it shows in the morning after you use the bathroom.

There is no real 'true value,' since it is normal to have some food, water, and waste in your system at any given time which can cause your weight to fluctuate. My favorite time to weigh myself is first thing after I pee on Wednesday mornings. It give me time to recover from any weekend events, and get back to my normal sleep, life pattern.

^This, and pick a day every week and weigh in, not everyday.

Scale is always accurate, unless the machine doesn't work.

Lowest weight is usually in the morning.
