What % have you lost?
So in a way to try and boost my motivation today I thought I'd work out how much percentage of my body weight I'd lost so far. I figured it would be pretty small but I was surprised to find I'd lost 12.29%! That's such a lot more than I expected and is a great way to boost my determination. So tell me, what's your %??

Nearly reached first mini goal
Urgh! 1 more pound and I'll have lost 10 in total (double digits!). I really want to lose 3 lbs and I'll be in the next stone bracket but I want it to be now not in a weeks time!! This is my problem - I want everything and I want it now. My impatience is normally what makes me give up. Motivation please? Help!
