Swollen looking legs?
Anyone else have swollen looking legs? Not just fat looking but swollen looking with a roll of fat at the bottom at the foot but your feet look normal? I have had this for a long time and no matter how much I've lost my legs ALWAYS look the same! How do I treat this?

Not getting sodium back from exercise entries!
Been exercising at least 30 minutes a day, sweating like crazy since I'm doing Insanity. When I enter my exercises into the fitness tracker, I get back calories, carbs, and fats to eat.
