Lower Abdominal Exercises?
I'm doing the Ab Ripper (100 crunches, 10 different way). My problem is, I'm not feeling "the burn" in my lower abdomen. I'm only feeling it from mid-tummy up. Can anyone recommend some lower ab workouts?

I started Power 90 today and my body is on fire! I'm not in horrible shape, but I am hurting in areas where I didn't even know muscles existed :( I don't hurt like this when I go out for a jog.
