easy pizza
I had this fruit bowl for snack (verrrry filling) and pizza for dinner today.. just thought I'd share. It's always fun seeing pics and getting ideas for food. almond milk!
as suggested by others.. i finally tried almond milk in my oatmeal.. what a difference from plain fat free milk! i loved it. and it was only 60 calories for a cup! yum! thanks! if you haven't tried it, try it!!

Question for P90X Users
How do you calculate your calories burned for the workouts? I've been logging it lower than I've read it to be just because I don't want to chance it being over. Ex: Legs and Back for 45 mins I log calories burned as 300? What do you guys think?

what can i snack on to up my net calories?
I'm confused about the calories intake per day. My goal is 1,200 a day and I usually burn about 600 calories when I work out so does that mean I should take in 1,800 calories and if so, I'm having a hard time getting those calories..
