Hello, I was curious about sugar intake... MFP tells me that I should only have 34 grams of sugar a day but I'm not sure how I can do that... Can everyone share their stories of how they lessened their sugar intake? *note: I have been avoiding candy and the like but the apple juice that I like seems to send it over.

I heard a rumor that if I burn up all my calories in one day I will loose a ton of weight quickly.
