Don't You Hate/Dislike When

You forget to add a food to your diary?
You forget to add a workout but you've already completed your day?
You go over your alloted calories and have no time to work out?
You think you did great at a party but then later found you you were over?
You realize the food you've been putting in for months is the wrong food?
You realize the exercise calories are off?
You added too much food to your diary and it messed up your whole day?
You weigh in thinking you'll lose but you stay the same?
You eat the exact same as last week and exercise the exact same as last week but this week you gain?
You (being a female) join with a male and they lose the first ten pounds so quick and you are struggling to lose one or two?
You (being a male) join with a female and they complain about you losing a quick ten pounds?
You see people logging cleaning as exercise? (Personally, I actually don't mind this.)
You read of people complaining that they don't know why they are gaining but when you look at their diary you see every day they are over on calories and eating all the wrong things?
You ask an important question in the Topics and no one responds or they all agree that they want the same answer?
You're less that a pound or two away from your goal but suddenly you're gaining and losing the same five pounds for over a month?
You are first starting and you look outside thinking I want to walk but see it's raining so you sit back down? (I did, so I started marching in my home.)
You log in the food you want to eat early in the day but then when you go to eat dinner something makes it so you can't have what you logged and so now you have to manually rethink all you've eaten?
You lose power for a day and can't get on MFP?
You lose the 10 times or 100 times log on tracker?

your pals say just the right thing and it: puts a smile on your face, makes you laugh, motivates your @ss to workout, eat healthfully..
you see how awesome all your friends transformations are going
you feel empowered
you got to help someone else through a tough moment/day/week
you focus on the great things in life
