Anyone else experience insomnia when trying to go to sleep on an empty (or nearly empty) stomach? I know when your stomach is full your blood (and energy) is shunted to your GI tract to help digest so it leaves you feeling tired but, why so wide awake on an empty tummy? it's getting so miserable not being able to sleep!…

How often?
Just curious how often you guys weigh your self and why? I weigh myself every single morning. I'm ok with seeing my weight fluctuate from day to day but I only track it once a week so I can see the trend.

I have heard a lot of people talk about how they make popcorn that has 100 calories per bag (6cups popped). That seems too good to be true? 6 cups of popcorn for 100 cals? Any popcorn experts out there that have heard of this item and what it is?
