How often?

Just curious how often you guys weigh your self and why?

I weigh myself every single morning. I'm ok with seeing my weight fluctuate from day to day but I only track it once a week so I can see the trend.

    I've stopped weighing myself. My scales suck they can differ by up to 10lb depending on where on them you stand.
    They weren't cheap ones either, grrrrr!
    I'm just gonna track my measurements, cos that's really the thing I care about - I just wanna get rid of my gut. I'd be happy to be 20lb heavier, so long as I didn't have this 7 months pregnant look about me.

    honestly i do it every night and every morning. But like you I only log once a day on the same day of the week at the same time. I am always curious how much water weight i put on through the day

    I normally weigh twice a week, but this week I've weighed every day. I'm losing a lot of water weigh I gained last week from take out food, so I like seeing the number go down every day. But normally, the fluctuations bug me, so twice a week is all I do.
