Hi there, I'm not a cheerleader but I'm the next best thing.... a devoted All Star Cheer Mom! I'm at the gym almost every day (up to 16 hours a week) and cheer is one of the biggest topics in my life. I'd love to find cheerleaders/cheermom's or dads to help support me on my journey!

Fiber calories vent
Is anyone else annoyed that MFP counts fiber calories? Whenever I enter something like Advocare's fiber drink (70 calories- 10g fiber 1g sugar) I feel cheated. 40 of those calories aren't absorbed but come off my daily total. When you're consuming the RDA of fiber it adds up... Ok rant over :)
