i have hit a plateu
:cry: I started out weighing 136 and i am now at 127. I run 5 to 6 days a week for at least 40 min and two of those days are at least 1hr and 15 min. mfp has me eating 1200 cals a day. I was still hungry eating that so I bumped it up to 1300 cal. I do try to eat the cals that i burn. I have been at 127 now for about a week…

how often to exercise
I was running 7 days a week and now realize that was to much. I love running and I have decided to cut back. How often and how long should I run for and will I gain the weight back that I have lost. I was running for 55 minutes everyday some days it would be more. Any ideas?

I have been. 1500 calories and running 5 miles a day for about three weeks and then this last week I have gained four pounds. have a question about activity level
So I have a question. I run 6 days a week; 6 miles on 2 days,5 miles 1 day,4 miles 2 or 3 days and 3 miles the remaining days. 8 do work at a desk most days. So would my activity level be sedately or active since I do run about 27 miles a week? I am trying to get an accurate level so I know how many call to eat.

i am still hungry on 1300 cal
I only have 5 lbs to go and I am hungry on the 1300 they have me on. I run about 4 miles a day and I make sure I eat the calories I burn. I eat protein like eggs and peanut butter and my veggies and fruit. I can't have wheat so that's out. Any ideas?
