Running/jogging - harder/worse than when I started?!
Any tips or advice for this novice runner? 2Weeks ago started diet and exercise regiment. See food log. I don't think I'm exerising enough, shouldn't I have lost a bit more in 2 weeks?

Too much protein?
Hi everyone! Past couple of diary's I've noticed I'm going over my protein suggested intake - approx. 15-25 over - is this a concern? I'm dieting again now, cutting my carbs and upping my protein and fiber intake, but I'm worried I'm doing too much. Am I? Or am I overthinking? Thanks!

I'm aiming for 1400 calories a day, but with my workouts its really hard for me to eat my calories.
