Feeling unsupported!
I lost 50% of my body weight, then due to reasons both within and out of my control gained a lot back 2st (28lb) in two weeks, then continued to gain more so in about 2 months gained a total of 4st (56lb). How very silly!?!
Someone please give me a kick, was 20st joined MFP at around 15st lost 5 more and reached a nice 10st! Does my story end there? No of course not because I stupidly stopped planning meals and keeping a record and have put on nearly 4st (only 1pound off been 14st!). Why did I do it? :s So hard loosing it but its so easily…

Have reached my goal I set myself, but now I'm thinking I should loose another 7lb! I'm 5'8, 11st7lb/161lb down from 15st5lb/215lb, I'm within a healthy BMI but only just. Has anyone else reached their goal then decided to loose more?
