NSV...don't miss the jiggle in my jumping jacks!
The last couple of days I've noticed I'm not so jiggly!!! :) I workout doing calisthenics and weights at home, and today broke my record with 100 jumping jacks in a row....last week I was breaking them up into sets of fifty, 4 weeks ago I had to break them up into sets of 20. Woohoo Progress!
