How to log???
So here is my question, when logging your exercise, if you used a machine that shows you the number of calories burned, AND you are able in input age/weight, do you log calories burned per the machine, or what MFP calculates? Sometimes there is quite a discrepancy....HELP!!!!!! I rely in MFP when I am performing exercises…

Why is my daily Protein goal so low?? it is only 69 gm/day. I know about the role of protein when trying to lose weight and I shoot for 150 gm every day, but 69 gm seems low. Any ideas? :ohwell:

My first NSV....
I ordered a pizza from my FAVORITE pizza place on Saturday, figured the calories, and ate what I could allow in my day....stil being under goal. I then THREW AWAY THE REMAINING PIZZA...because I know I would eat it and I did not want to have those calories haunting me. I can't say I ever threw away good pizza! :happy:

Question about weight of food....
I was curious, when entering in meat portions (chicken, pork chop, hamburger, fish, etc) and it is based on weight. Is it the weight before or after it is cooked? Thanks :flowerforyou:
