Phase 2!!
For the last few weeks I kind of slacked off with the plan because I was getting ready for my vacation. I definitely wasn't sticking to the meal plan and I was only getting about 4 full workouts in a week. But I'm back from vacation now so I restarted Phase 2 yesterday! Loving it!
I'm really loving the workouts so far! I get in and out of the gym in less than 45 minutes. I'm excited for the upcoming weeks when the workouts become more intense. I think this program is something I can easily stick to and build from. Hope everyone else is enjoying the workouts!
