If you stay consistent with how you're doing, trying as much of the regular work out as you can and then switching to the modified, you can master alpha in just a matter of weeks. I loved T25 but I only did it for 2 weeks while visiting my sister, she had bought it. You will get stronger, I promise!!!

I say I want to lose a certain amount of weight but since I started lifting weights I try not to focus on the scale. It helps to keep me accountable to know if I'm losing or going up in weight. But my MAIN goal is to improve the way I look. So I'm in the same boat as you!

My goals are about the same as yours @eimaj04! I want to lose about 20lbs and I lift weights 6 days a week and do 15 mins of cardio 4 days a week. I'm doing my weigh ins on Saturdays! Good luck to you and everyone else!!

The only advice I would offer is to follow the plan as closely as possible. I really failed on the food side (I'm in week 6). I follow the workouts exactly as she says but I'm probably only getting half the results because of my food choices. My muscles are now visible though so you can get some great results.
