Maintaining weight
How do you maintain your weight once your goal is reached? I reached my goal, but kept on losing. I went scary low, so I took a break over the holidays and now find myself about 5lbs heavier than I want to be. Although I have been working out like a crazy person. I cant seem to stop slowly gaining weight. Any advise?
