So I've lost a lot of weight, and for the most part I'm happy with my progress. I feel great, look pretty darn good... but the one problem. I can't get rid of my tummy! Heart Rate Monitor do you use??? I'm in the market for one, but I dont want to spend an arm and a leg. Accuracy is obviously important, but accuracy and a low price would be best! lol Any suggestions would be great!

If I use the "Harris Benedict Equasion" http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/ my daily calorie needs are 2441 so eating 1300 calories a day should leave me with a 1141 calorie deficit. 1141 x 7 (days a week) = 7,988 7,988 divided by 3500 (calories in a pound) equals 2.2825 Which is pretty…
