  • I like it spicy, this might sound super off the wall. Especially for those of you who like your cottage cheese sweet.   • Whole wheat spagetti is better for you, but equally as high in calories.... Just get a food scale and measure out smaller portions. I still eat rice and occasionally pasta (it bothers my stomach, but its yummy) I just make sure I only eat 150 grams of it max.
