Well, whaddya know..eat more, lose more..:))
For a long time, I have been sticking stubbornly to the 1200 cal diet, working out religiously, and not seeing any difference. I resisted "upping" the calories , until now. Now that I have begin eating more, the scale is actually moving! Wish I had done this a long long time ago!
