Hi all-
Looking for suggestions for foods that:
- are healthy (low fat, low sugar, low sodium... you get the idea)
-calorie dense , so that I dont feel like a stuffed pig after eating it.
I am getting better with increasing my calories (used to eat too little for my workouts), but it's still not enough.
I'm having a bit of a tough time trying to figure out these choices.

Avocado.. mash it up with red onion and chilli, or with balsamic vinegar, and eat it on brown toast, keeps me full for ages!0
-
Almonds, or any nuts. They're not low-fat, but they are healthy fat - very good for you, and loaded with nutrients.0

Healthy fats have 9 calories per gram as opposed to 4 calories per gram in carbs and protein. Avocado, nuts, etc.0
