My BMI was 30, and now it's 29. COnsidered overweight now. I was nowhere close to my goal. I have lost about 6 labs, most of it in the last 4 weeks.

This is something I seriously need to work on. I have been functioning on 5-6 hrs of sleep/night, and have felt absolutely fine, but I know I should sleep more.

OK here it is: DATE: 4/22/2011 SW: 165 CW: 163.2 (lost 1 lb - not great, but at least it's not a gain, so I'll take it.) GW: 156 (BY FRIDAY MAY 27) Goals for this week: - watchc the carbs! I was doing quite well for this long, but fell off the carb wagon into a basket of bread.:) - Get back to exercising 6 days a week.

Isn;t it just grand that people make such comments? I got that from a 'friend', while other 'friends' who were listening to our conversation snickered and shook their heads in disbelief. Well , 6 years later, I have 3 half marathons and many many 10k's under my belt and they are no longer my 'friends'.

Second the runnersworld.com and active.com suggestions- great websites. I started running 5 years ago, I used to get totally winded at 30 sec. Mine too started well, but ended...ok. Not too bad, since I had saved the calories for dinner. The dinner I had wasn't the healthiest, but we have it about twice a year, so I am forgiving myself. :)

Hi all- Today was a baaad day. Started when I forgot my breakfast/unch/snacks for the day AND my gym bag to workout at lunch.
