Hello All, I am almost finished with my C25k training. I am only covering about 2 1/4 miles in 30 minutes on the treadmill at 5.0. I was hoping to race in a 5k in a few weeks. Do you think this is a wise thing to do? or should I wait until I have the distance down. Anyone else do the program and not cover a full 3 miles?
Hi all, Just finishing week 9 of couch 2 5k. Not really seeing the weight loss that I hoped for but feeling much healthier than I have in a long time. Now I am here to try to track my food and hopefully find others that will encourage me to eat healthier. Besides for my personal growth I want to help my little ones grow up…
