10/6 Gamommy2 Weigh Day 159 I walked / jogged on Saturday for 35 min. 3 workouts Mon, Tues, Wed. Cardio / weights for 38- 55 mins each day.

My weigh in day Wednesday 157 Monday, bible study and 1 hour exercise Tuesday bible study 40 min treadmill. Wednesday so far; bible study and I'll visit my daughter at college so hope to get some steps in. Trying to get a bit more disciplined in a few areas. Progress not Perfection.

Username Gamommy2 Weigh in 157.8 Honestly I should of gained a lot of weight. Eating during a move was not the best But now Officially moved, Yay! And so lacking energy. Using caffeine as my crutch now but Im a bit sensitive (muscle twitches) so trying to be careful. @CycleMomOf3 those pics of your bike ride are fabulous!
