Yesterday was a really good day! My mindset was really good! There were a couple times where I felt like I wanted to eat for no reason but I kept myself strong and distracted myself with something else.4 -
I haven't checked in here in a while... I just don't get online as much after spending all day working on computers.
Today, I weighed in at 276.5...I've been going up and down for the last 2 weeks. I fell off track a small bit with food over the past week but not horrible. That's a win for me actually. So checking in today... I've packed a solid healthy meal plan for today and I have my water. Just keep on swimming....2 -

I had a super bad migraine yesterday and I laid in bed most of the day. I wasn’t going to force myself to log if I could barely look at my phone.

I have not been logging in, but I have been been doing my daily workouts and sort of watching my food intake.
My monthly tends to make me binge before I get it where I also always feel bloated.
We are at Alert level 3 now and so I am also getting back into work which is great! 😁
Determined to lose more this week! 👍
Keep it up team, even if you feel like giving up, reflect, rethink, reset🙌
@atareid14 Glad to hear you are hanging in there, and especially glad to hear that your country's Alert Level is going down! You are only up 1.3 pounds for the month; nothing that a little concerted effort can't take care of!!0 -

Better day yesterday. I have to be good the rest of the week because next week I'm going on a week long camping quilting retreat. There's always WAY too many temptations on the snack table at those things. Coupled with the fact that I won't have access to my home gym it'll be a double whammy!
@DaffyGirl88 I would never have thought to combine quilting and camping!! If you are in to quilting though, it does sound fun!! I am sure you will come up with creative ways to get some activity in!!0 -

@rawrxamberx Congratulations on your very solid weigh-in this week!! Almost two pounds gone!! But most of all, congratulations for finding successful strategies for working through temptation! I am sure if most of us were to be honest with ourselves, we would say that most times we are eating we are not actually hungry. Very important to keep that thought in the foreground!!0 -

@StarfishK Glad to hear you are still with us, Kim. You may have had some ups and downs over the last couple of weeks, but you are down last week, and down 2.3 pounds for the month, so well done!! Healthy food, water and swimming (lol!) is a great recipe for success!!0 -
