Now, if we can only get you under your calorie goal!! That being said, you did lose 3.2 pounds for the month, so it looks like you may have been "under" after all!1 -

I created a 12 week countdown chart for the remaining of 2021 to use so this aligns with that.

Disappointed in not trying enough but I still got down to 11,lb lol need to stay down though new month anyway to start fresh. No treat days this month
