    @gamommy2 Absolutely! Although one is generally more successful if they are active in the team thread, it is not a requirement. And since you will be having a really busy month with your move, we don't want to put anything else on your plate. So, yes, weigh-in once a week and make a post if and when you feel inspired to do so!

    @HASWLRS I admit I was avoiding the scale this week, also avoiding the sugar, hehe. A bit relieved my body is taking time to adjust to the new weight, makes me feel like it's real and not a flash on the scale.
