@gamommy2 Absolutely! Although one is generally more successful if they are active in the team thread, it is not a requirement. And since you will be having a really busy month with your move, we don't want to put anything else on your plate. So, yes, weigh-in once a week and make a post if and when you feel inspired to do so!1 -

I finally had a good week of food choices and portions, and I feel sooo much better for it! (You really do start to feel like crap when you eat crap; unfortunately, unless you stop doing it, you don't necessarily realize at the moment exactly how bad you are/were feeling!!) I am learning to embrace the slight hunger. I had been having chocolate frozen yogurt as my sweet fix, but the servings were getting really big and really numerous, so I didn't buy any last weekend. Unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon is taking its place quite nicely for the time being. Exercise is taking a back seat right now, but I am okay with that because I am making progress with my food. I figure I don't have to take all the forward steps at once, as long as I am taking at least one! The others will follow soon enough if I keep it up!
