Sugar Limits
How do you all stay under your app limits for sugar per day when for me one piece of fruit accounts for one third of my daily limit on non cardio days? Am I best to ignore natural sugar as opposed to processed sugars and just disregard my limit?

Second measurement
Took my second neck, waist and hips measurement today, 3 weeks after the last.
