Feeling guilty of eating 1200 calories
Has anyone feeling guilty of eating 1200 calories. I used to think that weight loss is about starving, now that I joined MFP I cant believe that 1200calories will make me loose weight. *unbelievable* I must say I lost few inches in my waists and thighs though nothing on scale. Spinning class?
Hi. Im joining a gym as from Monday and looking forward to a spinning class. How did you find the class and how many times in a week should I join the class? I don't wanna over do it. On average...how many calories does it burn.

First 5km race!!!
I did my first race last week and my time was 55mins...will b doing another in 2weeks time and hoping to beat that time. What was/is your duration when running 5km.??? I wanna improve my speed.

Which one suits you best...do you prefer to go to the gym or bring the gym to your house? Are those using DVDs alone really see the results?

Oohh its a Rest day! Just finished my day 13...my abs are sore! Lol I accidentally gave myself a rest day yesterday, seeing my hubby twisted my head. Anyway I'm glad I just catches up.

90 sit ups 130 crunches 52 leg raises 80s plank woow this looks so tough...am gonna do my day 10 today. Are you guys still coping. Im shaking when Im doing planks for 30s...lol
