On my diary I monitor Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sugar & Fiber...which one do you think needs more attention between sodium and fiber?

Fiber, unless you have a medical issue which would cause concern to sodium.0

For me Sodium is more important to track. I know I usually go over with fibre which won't harm me, but I don't want to go over with sodium as that should be below 2500mg.0
