positive results
After three weeks I have lost four pounds! All the bad habits like not eating after seven, no more soda, processed food and the bing eating. It's all paid off and my fitness pal has helped so much. I feel like I'm heading in the right direction to being a helthier person.

I'm 41 and have never had a scale in my house. I've been using the one at the gym. So I decided to buy myself one and I am hoping the scale will become my friend. If not my neighbor will be finding themselves a new scale on their front lawn.

This is my first week and not sure what to think about how I'm doing.
