Confidence?
I've noticed that no matter what weight I am, my confidence is still at a 0. Even at 120lbs, my confidence is as low as it was when i was 160. When do you start to see the weight loss?
I'm 5'3 female and have gone from 150lbs to 130lbs ... that's a 20lb loss! But the thing is, i can't see any difference at all. My clothes feel a little looser but that's it. Low calorie snacks?
I'm going shopping tomorrow and i need some suggestions on low calorie snacks, other than fruit and veg. I found some rice cakes that are only 30 calories, anything else like this, or any snack that are low cal?

How long will it take to lose 25lbs
I'm 5'3 and weigh 135lbs, i'm wondering how long it will take me to lose 25lbs? I have lost 15lbs (150lbs - 135lbs), but that just dropped off, now it's getting trickier. Has anyone achieved this sort of target, if so, how many calories did you eat a day, and what exercise did you do?

I want to do it the healthy way.
I think i may have developed and eating disorder, but i'm really not sure. I eat less than 500 calories a day and restrict heavily, and every bit of food i eat makes me feel so guilty. Even a piece of fruit fills me with guilt and disgust. I make sure that every day i burn off whatever i have eaten. I hide and throw away…

I need to tone up big time, because i have been told im a healthy weight, but i still look, well, flabby. Are there any good toning exercises i can do in the home.. i also have little equiptment. Mainly toning stomach and thighs?
