When do you start to see the weight loss?

I'm 5'3 female and have gone from 150lbs to 130lbs ... that's a 20lb loss!
But the thing is, i can't see any difference at all. My clothes feel a little looser but that's it. I'm starting to feel as if what i'm doing isn't paying off, it really puts me down. I exercise everyday for at least 45 minutes, and also do sit ups/crunches/leg raises/ press ups at night.
When did you guys start to notice a change?

Are your 45 minute workouts mostly or all cardio? If so, switch to a total body weight lifting workout 3x per week or upper body 2x and lower body 2x per week. You can do cardio once or twice per week. When I do mostly cardio I lose pounds but my body doesn't shrink or change shape very much. There's the excitement of seeing the number change on the scale but it's disappointing to not see changes in my body after all that hard work. When I lift weights I don't lose many pounds but my body changes and shrinks. I care more about the size and shape of my body than how much it weighs.

Is there a way a can do weight training without weights? Because i can't afford to go to the gym, or buy weights to use at home. What workouts are possible for me to do?

Google 'you are your own gym' to get an idea of what kind of workouts you can do using your own body weight. Then check out youtube for body weight workouts.
