^^This say that you're down to the essential fat. Average for a woman is 25-31%, Fit is 21-24%, Athletes 14-20%, Essential fat 10-13%.

It's pretty low, not dangerously though. It's on the low end of very athletic. However, I have to echo the request on where you got that number from; it may not be accurate. Are you extremely athletic?

I have calculated it on a few different site now, and all are saying in a range of 13 - 16%

Yeah i am very athletic. I play a lot of football, hockey, netball and do rowing and running, so yeah, i am!

If you are actually younger than 18, I wouldn't worry about it yet...unless you have an eating problem. 15% is pretty low for a normal female adult that is not an extreme athlete. But if you are more like 15 to 16 years old, I wouldn't worry too much.

No, i am 18, 19 in september. The picture of me is from a while ago, i know it looks quite young, but i have always looked young.. it 's pretty depressing! But i am pretty athletic :)

I would just say, if you felt the need to ask, it probably isn't. If you are comfortable in your body and feel good, have energy, etc... then you're at a good weight/body fat %. Just sayin.

If you have any concerns, I strongly recommend you discuss the issue with your primary doctor. They will be able to evaluate and tell you if there are any health problems.

If your bf% is in the mid teens, there's no way you can or should or need to lose the 16 pounds listed on your ticker in your profile without getting dangerously thin and ill.

Please talk to your doctor, parents, someone at school, etc if you think you need to lose weight.

If you are using some sort of online calculator to figure it out, I can assure you it is incorrect.

    agree.

if you care about bodyfat % then you need to get it measured properly. scales give you a rough indication. calipers are good if you know how to use them.

It sounds low for a female, but body fat is really hard to measure.

There is no way an online calculator for body fat can be accurate. I wouldn't worry about that number. But if you are interested in your body fat % talk to your doctor they may be able to test it for you or some gyms have this service as well

You must have ripped abs if you're 13% bodyfat becuase 13% is pretty low for a female. Comparing yourself to those bodyfat percentage pictures they have online is more accurate than those bodyfat percentage calculators that you type in your age, weight, hight, and stuff
