exercises for toning?

I need to tone up big time, because i have been told im a healthy weight, but i still look, well, flabby.
Are there any good toning exercises i can do in the home.. i also have little equiptment.

Mainly toning stomach and thighs?

    "toning" is a very imprecise term. i take it to mean building muscle, but i think you're on the losing fat vibe.

    you can't spot reduce fat, but exercise is a good thing... here's a link to a great site

    EDIT: Had a quick look at your profile, you look pretty thin already. Methinks you're in the "skinny-fat" club and need to build some muscle up. I've got another article for you on NerdFitness, it's awesome for the ladies;

    If you're at a healthy weight, you should eat at a small deficit while doing some type strength training. A small deficit will help you retain lean body mass while losing slowly. Some good exercises you can do at home are body weight exercises like push ups n pull ups, you can give HIIT cardio a try but i would recomend eating and letting yourself digest before doing HIIT.
