Making a recipe. should I count this?
I am on the 5:2 diet and I am making some roast carrots in the crockpot. I added some onion soup mix but I don't intend to "eat" the juice just the carrots. Do I count the calories in the onion soup mix?

When I go to enter a recipe theres a question at the bottom asking if I want to add it to the MFP database. Well no I don't want to add mine but I'd be intrested to see others. Where can I find them? I look under recipes but I don't see anything.

As far as I can tell the only gram measurment you can put in is the standard 100g. My measurments are more than that. Is there a way to change that?

Change the way your diary looks
Is there a way other than waiting to add in your exercise to show your remaining calories as they are before the excerise is added back into the total? Gosh I hope that makes sense.
