Entering steps from a pedometer

Is there a way to do this? I don't have one that syncs with MFP just a regular one.

You've already been given a calorie allotment for regular every day walking around. The only extra you might want to log would be steps taken in intentional exercise (brisk walking). It's really hard to equate steps to calories because your pedometer doesn't know if the steps were taken wandering slowly to the kitchen or taken during a brisk walk. There would be a big difference in calories burned there.
  • Ah okay I had not realized it was already calculated in.ty
