Covid lockdown
Is covid lockdown helping or hindering your weight loss journey? For me its helping as I'm not tempted to visit the supermarkets next to my office and I've taken up running!

It's not shifting.
My weight has been static for a week. I've lost 8lb since new year but I have 28lb to lose before I get married in May. I am religiously counting every calorie, drinking 2 litres a day, no alcohol. Why is the weight not going down? I'm do demoralised.

I'm back!
I joined MFP 4 years ago and lost a lot of weight down to 8 stone 6lb. I'm 5'8" so took it a little too far, but clothes looked good and I was easily fitting into UK size 8. I never maintained and convinced myself I didn't need to; then in April I stepped on the scales again and was horrified to see I was 12stone 4lb and…
