I've been at a deficit of 3500 calories a week (avg -500 a day but sometimes more sometimes less, ended up at 3500 by end of week) yet no weight loss. FitBit calories in vs out not making sense
I set my fitbit for a 750 calorie deficit (1.5 lb/week). However, it says I should eat 1654 calories and burn a total of 2184 calories. That's not a 750 calorie deficit! That's 530 calorie deficit.
