"Macro greens" Replacement for vegetables/fruit?

So I can't have many fruits/vegetables (especially raw) because of a health problem I have. What do you know about this stuff? Is it a good replacement as far as nutrition goes? http://macrolifenaturals.com/

I hear many of them are contaminated with lead, arsenic & bacteria. Consumer lab reports released an independent lab testing of a number of different products last year. My parents were taking a product that was listed as one the worst! They still want a green supplement, so they're switching to Garden of Life's Perfect Food Raw. It was on Consumer Alan's approved list.

I would suggest speaking to your doctor or a professional to help you find options that work with you before buying a random product online. Your best bet is to have the input of a professional, especially when it involves your health.
