resistance band logging?!?!?1
Ive started using my band again for toning purposes (obviously) and wondered what you log it as on here?!!? I don't know if I am neccessarily burning calories doing it but I am definitely working out so want to show I am in fact doing something :) Any help gratefully received :)

Insanity workouts
How do they work? Is it liek the 30 day shred where you do a certain exercise for a certain amount of days then move onto the next workout?!?! Who has done it?? How did you find it? Thanks guys :)

body stats - other than bmi how do we work it out?!
Somewhere - can't remember if it was here or another forum - I saw someone had posted their stats - body fat % body water % and body muscle % How can I work these out - I found somewhere that did my body fat but not sure if its right and can't find anywhere to work out the others - any help please?!?! thanks

Hi I just started the 30 day shred - love it already :) Just wondered if those of you who had done it already did other workouts too?? I was planning to try and do this in the morning or lunchtime when the kids are resting then another workout dvd in the evenings?!?! thanks in advance

Does any one else get this now they are losing weight??? what does this come under when logging your exercise?? aerobics, general or dancing, aerobic etc ?? They have different calories burnt so not sure which one I should be putting it under?? I have been doing it as the lower calories burned just to be sure. thanks
