yes it does count but I always try and add it as an additional drink and still try for the 8 glasses of water a day :)

Im 5ft 6" and my inital goal is to get back to what I did last year with MFP which is 9 stone - 126lbs :) I may change it when I get there as I wasn't 100% happy when I reached it last time! so maybe 8.5 stone (119lbs) ?!?!?!

great job guys, my goal all the way through is 126 - for some reason my body is stuck at 127 which Im not going to complain about after all it is only 1lb so I will crank up my water intake and mix up my exercise this next week see if that makes a difference to get me to 126! Good Luck everyone
