I've decided to revise my challenge goal weight from 165 to 169. Since this week was a crazy drop, I know not to expect these results every week, and stick to my normal 1-1.5 lb a week loss
Getting below 180 lbs was a mini-goal of mine - I haven't seen that number I think since middle school! Now I'm in the home stretch where I just need to buckle down and knock out these last 35 lbs or so! I'm confident I will be able to do it by the end of the year now!

In the past week my weigh went as high as 184It is back to 180.5, but I am fluctuating badly!
