I'm officially "over weight" according to MFP! Awesome! I never would have thought I would be happy to say that! Now, Wii fit still shows it as Obese but I'm going with MFP! ;O)

Looking better this week - I'm doing really well on exercise (16km run today!!) but falling down on eating.

149.4 for me today....ugh. Way too much sodium these past few days, and these hormones are definitely taking a negative toll on my system--I feel so bloated. Hopefully that number will not be any higher next week. I've been staying at or under my maintenance calories, so I don't believe that all of it is true weight gain.

Hi Everyone, Unfortunately I will be leaving the challenge and MFP (for now at least) I have been diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis (basically inflamed bowels covered in ulcers (and I mean covered - wasnt nice to see) and being on the UC forum I have been advised to not try and lost weight as it is possible I may lose a scary amount anyway with the medication Im on (some of the people I have spoken to on there have lost 42lbs in a short time). So just wanted tot hankyou all for your support, help and advice throughout this journey and I wish you all the best of luck through yours and reaching your goals xx0

Sorry i have missed a couple of weigh ins. I went on a spur of the moment holiday. To family living in the tropical part of Australia, out of cold Sydney for 10 days. Started well, ate well, lots of loong walks. Then i got sick. Still stayed on track till after the flight home. Have blocked ears. And a bit of a cold etc. But its the blocked ears I can't handle. Have tried all the home remedies do its the doctors tomorrow. not fair though how a couple of days of no exercise and bad eating and wham, weight is straight back on.

Gained a couple of pounds this week due to an EXTREMELY stressful business trip. I wasn't too bad, but i could have been better. Have a feeling that most of it is water weight, since the scale "popped up" after weighing last night.
But I did get to spend an hour on the beach yesterday -- very relaxing!
