Hey everybody!! I hope you are all enjoying your summer. I am *finally* going on my summer vacation (to the beach!) starting on Tuesday and I won't return till Sunday evening. Next week's charts WILL NOT be posted until late Sunday night or possibly late Monday evening (I start back to work on the 15th).

Here are our charts for this week....

Since I will be gone all week (and just logging food on my phone) there will not be a challenge this week. But feel free to challenge yourself and reflect as needed. ;)

    NO changes for me this month weight wise I went up to 186lb after my new diet plan. I lost 3 after that...my biggest changes are that I've lost 5lb. of body fat.

    Dam, this is the second week in a row that I was late on my weigh in. I'm super sorry :(

    Current Weight (As of today): 191.2
    Challenge Goal Weight (for Sept. 1st): 180
    Weight Category: Reduce - 15.4lbs

    6/9: 195.4 **start of challenge**
    6/16: 195.0 - Not the start I would have liked to see
    6/23: 194.4
    6/30: 193.2
    7/7: 193.6 <<<mini goal weight 190>>> Mini goal not met but I am still looking for the same end result
    7/14: 190.4
    7/21: 190.2
    7/28: 190
    8/4: 191.2 <<<mini goal weight 185>>> Not going in the right direction

    I hope you have a GREAT vacation! When you get back, we'll only have about 2 1/2 weeks left of this challenge. I'm really hoping that you will do a long term challenge after this one. How about until Christmas? I know that's longer than the 12 weeks we usually do but it will take us to the end of the year and a great goal to look svelte by. :happy: (Svelte Santa Helpers/Hip Holiday... something... or some such?)

    Thanks for all of the work you do for us every week. I appreciate it!
