bump! too funny...finally had a 1 pound loss last week and I was at the beach and forgot to weigh in... hopefully this week will be the same and i get to post 2 of those suckers gone!!

Ok, guys...my computer has not been my friend the last few days, so I was fortunate to even get the chart posted. I feel like it is kinda late in the week to worry about a challenge/reflection so we'll just take the week off or you can challenge make up your own personal challenge.

WEEK 6: PERSONAL CHALLENGE
I had a MAJOR university deadline on Friday 15th, so for me, the past couple of weeks have been about focusing on my work, listening to my body, and giving myself some slack whilst I work so hard – and since then looking after my body whilst I recover from all the exhaustion from working so hard.
I actually had to stop doing exercise on about the 12th last week, as my body didn’t need the extra stress, and since my deadline I’ve been completely dead, having to take it really easy, lots of sleeping and recovering. It’s been really frustrating, as since I’m now “free” I really want to workout loads and get to it, but my body is just not cooperating. I’m running my first ever 5k on Sunday (25th) so I’m resting up so that I’ll be able to do that…my run 2 days ago was a disaster as I was just too tired, so hopefully after 2 full days resting up, today’s (last run before race) will be much less awful.
My personal challenge is to stop worrying that I’m not doing enough exercise, keep looking after myself, and to try to ENJOY the race on Sunday!

Finally! This week I have seen the first real loss since the start of this challange (at the start of the challange, I had gained 4 lbs since the end of the last one due to birthday parties and such). I am now officially at a new low weigh-in for this journey - 280.4 lbs. Almost down into the 270s. Thank you to everyone that gave suggestions on how to break this 7 week plateau.

I think a good challenge for me would be to look at that scale tomorrow and not only be ok with it, but own up to it and realize how I got there. My goal is to analyze what I did this week to get to that number on the scale tomorrow.

WEEK 6, half way point! So pleased
Was a little worried after having pizza on Monday night (ALOT EEK!) but i worked hard the next couple of days and got an overall loss! Yay
Next week I'm going to do a detox for 3 days, as i'm getting close to my goal weight and it's getting really difficult so maybe a detox would restart my weight loss properly!

I feel like I finally broke through a plateau. I haven't been below 167 for a while!0 -
I gained this week. I've been studying for my licensing exam in SW so I haven't been able to work out as much lately. Despite the gain this week, I did have a great NSV...I had bought a bunch of pairs of jeans on Black Friday this year in my usual size of 16. However, none of the jeans fit me. I tried them all on yesterday, and they all fit me now!
